How is pricing decided?
Bespoke pricing depends on fabric and complexity, so we quote after the consultation — transparently, before any cutting begins. Bringing your own fabric reduces the cost.
How long does a garment take?
Shirts and trousers: 5–7 days. Traditional wear: 7–10 days. Suits: 10–14 days. Wedding wear: 6–8 weeks including fittings. Rush options exist — ask when booking.
How many fittings will I need?
One to three depending on the garment. Daily wear usually needs one; suits and wedding wear take two to three.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Absolutely — including heirloom fabric. We'll assess it honestly and tell you what it suits best.
Do you alter garments you didn't make?
Yes. Resizing, re-cutting and restoration are all done in-house, with the same care as new work.
Do you take group or family orders?
Yes — coordinated wedding orders for the groom's family and groomsmen are a specialty. One consultation, staggered fittings.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment guarantees a specialist's undivided time — recommended for weddings and first visits.
Do you keep my measurements on file?
Yes, permanently. Reordering later takes one WhatsApp message.
What if the fit isn't right?
We adjust until it is — fit corrections on our garments are always free. See our Alterations & Returns policy.
